- 200 grams soft butter
- 200 grams light sugar
- 4 eggs
- 200 grams flour
- 1 t.s. Baking powder
- 3-4 t.s. Rum
- 1/2 t.s. Nutmeg
- 1 t.s. Cinnamon
- 100 -200 grams raisin
- 100-200grams cocktail berries
- 50 chopped almond
Soak raisin in rum for half an hour
Mix well butter and sugar till soft. Add gradually the eggs. Mix well and add flour with all the spices. Finally add the almonds, berries and raisin. Bake in oven for 45 minutes .
